Dr. Travis Thompson
Dr. Thompson once had dreams of becoming a fighter pilot, but circumstances steered him in another direction — that of oral surgery. He attended dental school at the University of Florida before moving onto his oral and maxillofacial residency at Shands Hospital. During his residency, he was given the Award for Oral Surgical Excellence. Today, he is proud to be an experienced, board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is a member of numerous professional organizations and has co-authored several well-respected papers. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and being physically active.

Dr. Guzman began working as an oral surgeon in Wellington with our team back in 2007, and we are truly honored to have him! He graduated from dental school in 1999 in his native country of Mexico. Later, he spent years refining his oral surgery skills at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and The University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Chafin is a Florida native. He embarked on his dental education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated at the top of his class. He went on to complete a six-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Florida, where he was chief resident. He graduated from the University of Florida Medical School with his MD, after which he completed a one-year general surgery residency. He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of numerous prestigious organizations. Beyond work, he loves to spend time with his wife and their beloved dog.

Dr. Holland fell in love with South Florida when he visited on the junior tennis circuit. After he graduated from Duke University, he moved to North Palm Beach. He went on to graduate from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and completed a rigorous four-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the renowned MedStar Washington Hospital Center. Now, he’s happy to be serving his friends and neighbors in Wellington!
